B Safe Online® protects buyers by holding their funds in a neutral, third party bank account until their purchase agreement is completed. Funds cannot be pushed to the seller without the buyer’s approval - protecting against misrepresentation and fraud.
The Seller creates the purchase agreement, uploads Supporting Documents* to B Safe Online® along with the item's description and pictures. B Safe Online® verifies all the information provided by the Seller and invites the Buyer to review and accept the purchase agreement, the transaction is started.
*Legal Proof of Property Ownership and Copy of Drivers License or Passport is required. B Safe Online® must verify users identity according to B Safe Online® security policy. This practice is to protect all parties.
When the Buyer and Seller agree to terms, an Inspection Period between 1-3 days is specified. The Inspection Period is the time the Buyer has to examine the merchandise once received. If the Inspection Period has expired and B Safe Online® has confirmed the Buyer received the item, B Safe Online® assumes that the Buyer has accepted the merchandise; therefore, the Seller is paid.
The Buyer has the Inspection Period ( 1-3 days ) to accept the item. If dissatisfied, the Buyer must contact B Safe Online® and require a full refund. B Safe Online® will release the funds back to the Buyer and will return the item to the Seller.
